How do I exchange my order?
To effectuate an exchange you must purchase the new item and return the unwanted item (in either order).
To return an item simply send the unwanted item to our returns warehouse at:

Assuming it arrives with all tags and in resalable condition, we will credit your account immediately and
send you an email confirming the return. We suggest you use a carrier that can confirm delivery and issue insurance
(like UPS or FedEx) as we can not be responsible for returned merchandise getting lost or damaged in transit.
For faster processing, please include your order number in the packaging.
