Questions From Buyers

What is Grilamid? Grilamid is a nylon characterized by an extremely high bending strength, low density and a resistance to UV damage. So the frames are shatter-resistant, lightweight and durable.

What is an 6-Base lens? A lens' Base refers to the amount of arc in the lens and therefore the arc in the frame. A 6-Base has a more flat, square shape creating a more scholarly look. A larger base, like a 9-Base, is more wrapped and therefore will appear more suited for active endeavors.
