Wallin
Brian Wallin started shaping in 1991 in Newport Beach where he worked for several years with Lance and Richie Collins as well as other legendary Orange County shapers and craftsmen. Throughout this time he fine tuned his craft and shaped for various top surfing pros from all over the world. Specifically, he has shaped for Troy Tecklenburg, Travis Potter, and Jesse Evans from California, Rory Parker, Kamalei Alexander, Ty Vandyke, Ben Brough, "Buttons" Kaluhiokalani, Davey Gonsalves and Casey Brown from Hawaii, Jarrah Tutton from Australia, and from El Salvador, legendary "Punta Roca" local Jimmy Rotherham. Recently Brian teamed up with the artist Mark Paul Deren aka "Madsteez" to do a line of high performance surfboards featuring the artwork of "Madsteez".
